Order and Shipping Info

Orders: Orders may be placed via e-mail (shadydog@op.net) or fax (610/644-1120) 24 hours a day. Orders may also be placed by phoning our store at 610/644-1160 between noon and 5:00pm EST, Monday thru Saturday.
Shipping: All domestic orders are shipped via first class mail. UPS is available upon request. Overseas orders are shipped via insured mail. The three levels of available service are surface, air, and express. We also offer DHL. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment: We accept Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover, money orders, and certified checks. Credit card information (name, card number, expiration date, and shipping address) may be faxed in to 610/644-1120 at any time, or phoned in to 610/644-1160 between noon and 5:00pm EST, Monday thru Saturday.
